REFUND POLICY

D U E T shall use its best efforts to ensure that all orders are in good condition and correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of product(s) delivered and our consumer wishes for return and/or refund, please notify us by sending a message to our Instagram: duetthings or send an email to duetbiz.co@gmail.com within 7 days upon receiving the product(s).


Exchange / Returns & Refunds

Item purchased through duetbiz.com are exchangeable / returnable / refundable ONLY for product(s) that have been highly misrepresented.

  1. Defected
  2. Product is expired
  3. Incorrect Product(s)
  4. Damaged Goods with T&C
  5. Wrong Delivery
  6. Other Reason

We do not accept refund on the below scenarios:

  1. PRE-ORDER
  2. Free gift and samples
  3. Product(s) was used or unsealed
  4. Product(s) not sold by duetbiz.com
  5. Product(s) damaged by customers / courier company
  6. Product(s) received more than 7 days
  7. Return of parcel due to failure of recipient in accepting/ collecting the parcel

Procedure for request to refund

  1. All return must be in good condition and all original packaging must be in place for a reasonable refund to be issued.
  2. D U E T will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) prior to the product(s) being received by us. You are advised to pack safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product(s) or its box or its original packaging.
  3. Consumers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  4. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund equivalent value of store credit.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
